Dollie Metts
Dollie Metts has been a member of our Older Adult Community Advisory Board for 11 years. She is a retired social work administrator and residential consultant for the state of Missouri. Dollie is also a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mary Jo Ritter
Mary Jo Ritter joined the Community Advisory Board about two years ago. She learned about the Participation, Environment and Performance Laboratory from a lab staff member. Mary Jo has a degree in elementary education, specializing in Montessori and preschool. She taught at St. Margaret of Scotland in St. Louis and was a foster mom. Now she is retired and enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, spending time with her dog and two cats, and shopping.
Donna Springer
Donna Springer has been a member of our Older Adult Community Advisory Board for four years. She learned about the lab through a “When I’m 64” course through St. Louis Village. Donna is a registered nurse who works at the South City YMCA. She has competed in swimming at the Senior Olympics, and she writes for a number of community organizations. In her free time, Donna likes to write, exercise and volunteer. She also enjoys movies and attending a local coffee klatch.
